Ronnie Gorsuch accepted the position of Finance Director as of July 1, 2020.

Since September 2016, just before the official merger of Beach House and FOCUS, Ronnie came on board as the staff accountant. In those days it was Ronnie’s immediate priority to set up the books of the new entity on a new accounting system while navigating her way through the financial audits for 2015 for each of the pre-merger entities.

In addition to the staff accountant role, Ronnie helped create an official HR department which included creating policies and procedures and documenting them to meet all the requirements for the workforce section of the CARF accreditation which Leading Families Home acquired in January of 2020.

Ronnie is thankful for the opportunity to work side by side with all the other staff members of Leading Families Home. She says it is really inspiring to work with so many people who are passionate about our mission of helping families transition from homelessness to permanent housing, and, as we grow and expand our services, she is confident that together we will solve homelessness in Toledo.

In her spare time, Ronnie enjoys researching genealogy and reading history.  Ronnie and her husband both enjoy volunteering in the community and traveling far and wide to keep up with the kids and grandkids.
