Leading Families Home offers two housing options: Rapid Rehousing (RRH) and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH).
Together, they create our Housing Program.
For Participants who are chronically homeless, Rapid Rehousing (RRH) provides safe, affordable housing - quickly.
The goal of RRH is to enable families and individuals to gain increased income, and other resources, that help sustain long-term housing, independently.
RRH provides our Participants with security deposits, rent and utility subsidies, and home-based wrap-around housing services that include economic and Mental Wellness supportive services.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) caters to Participants who are chronically homeless with at least one individual in the family diagnosed with a long-term disability.
Households exit the PSH program when they are able to maintain housing stability independently.
