Andrea Bain-Frye: Steps-to-Health Clinical Director
Andrea Bain-Frye is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Toledo.
Andrea is a trauma-focused therapist and specializes in working with children and adults whose lives have been impacted by trauma.
Andrea has specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Functional Family Therapy, and is a nationally certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Andrea is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lourdes College as well as an MBA from the University of Toledo. Her theoretical orientation is person-centered and rooted in empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine and authentic therapeutic connection.
Andrea is passionate about helping others and improving the mental health of those who are struggling.
