Cynthia Zawojski has been employed at Beach House, Inc., dba Leading Families Home (formerly FOCUS) since 2008.

She has held positions as a Housing and Aftercare Specialist, Client Services Supervisor, Data Services Coordinator and is currently Data Analyst Director for the agency.

Previous to joining LFH, Cindy worked for a local consulting firm specializing in helping social service agencies throughout the country prepare for and maintain various accreditations and certifications.  In addition, she has held several other positions in communications and marketing.

While working in Data Services for Leading Families Home, Cindy has helped LFH establish itself as a leading contributor to the local Continuum of Care’s data services, serving on several committees, including the Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board’s Quality and Performance Committee.

She believes that maintaining data integrity is a key component of representing the important work LFH provides to the community. While some see data only as a series of anonymous numbers and statistics, Cindy sees the individual stories that every number represents and hopes her work provides a platform to share those stories with our local community. 

Cindy is a lifelong Toledoan who attended Notre Dame Academy and the University of Toledo, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.

When not working at #solvinghomelessness, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family – husband, two adult daughters and four (perfect) grandchildren. She is an active member of her church and enjoys serving as a Sunday School teacher to her church’s extremely enthusiastic 3- to 5-year-olds. Other interests include reading, gardening and Bible Study. She loves binge watching cooking shows but admits she is unlikely to attempt most of the techniques and recipes she collects. Along with her husband, Cindy is an outdoor enthusiast who often can be found “birding” in the area.
